Last day, we took lunch according to the strong desire of my friends and we met with a coincidence. One of us met again with the girls who had studied together in Japan. This was the "COINCIDENCE" of the coincidence because of the huge number of YOSHINOYA stores, and the process of our losting. (I also was reminded the past experience and shared same feeling with her secretly)
After the coincidence, we obeyed the planned route and visited Bevery Hills and did shopping at Rodeo Dr. and visited UCLA to walk around, finally we went to Japanese supermarket, and we came back to Riverside.
This was the last trip with UCR friends and I could have a wonderful time. The two and half months, visited Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, was the period I reconfirm the joy of trip.

最終日は仲間の一人の強い要望により、吉野家で昼食を取った。そこで偶然の再会が待っていた。仲間の一人が日本で一緒に勉強をしていた友人と、文字通り"偶然"の再会を果たしたのです。しかも、吉野家はロスに何件もある中で、その店を選び、途中道に迷い、周辺をぐるぐるしていた経緯もあり、それらがなければ会えなかった"偶然"の中の"偶然"でした。(自分も過去の経験を思い出し、その仲間の喜びを心の中で分かち合いました)。
"偶然"の後は"必然"的というか計画通りのルートを通り、ビバリー・ヒルズの豪邸巡り、ロデオ・ドライブでのウィンドウ・ショッピング、UCLA散策と周り、最後に再びジャパニーズ・スーパーで買い物をしてリバーサイドに戻ってきました。
今回がUCRの仲間との正真正銘、最後の旅行だったわけですが、とても楽しい時間を過ごせました。ラス・ベガス、サン・フランシスコ、ロサンゼルスと西海岸の三大都市をめぐった2ヵ月半。やはり旅は楽しいものだなと再確認した2ヵ月半でした。
