Japan is in a holiday season called as "Golden Week", and then one of my friend came to Los Angeles. We enjoyed sightseeing for 2 days.
During trip, we talked about our local area, The 2005 World Exposition Aichi Japan, Centrair (Chubu International Airport) which has spa in the terminal building, new Ferris wheel was opened at downtown Nagoya-city, and there might be built a huge supermarket in the neighborhood with cinema complex.
It will become one year since I came to USA, one and half months after. During this short term, my hometown Aichi has a big "change".

日本はゴールデン・ウィーク真最中。というわけで、日本の友人がロスに来て、2日間一緒に観光しました。
観光の最中に地元の変化について話す機会が何度かあり、愛知万博の話、中部国際空港の話(空港内に温泉があり、混雑しているらしいです・・・)、名古屋市の繁華街である栄に観覧車ができた話、そして近所に大型スーパーができ、その中に待望の映画館ができるかもしれないといった話をしました。
あと一ヵ月半で渡米してから1年になるわけですが、そのわずかな間に地元である愛知県は大きく"変化"したみたいです。
