Long time no see.
Last week, my girl friend came to see me from Japan. We went to Las Vegas. And I saw the great entertainment. It is called "KA" performed by "Cirque du soleil".
If you have been to Las Vegas, I think you've heard their name or their show such as "O" or "Mystere". I've seen the magic show in Las Vegas 5 years ago. It's the first time to see the show in Las Vegas with paying money. (There are a lot of free show in Vegas.) This time was the second opportunity.
To conclude, it was marvelous. The show has no stage. I mean, the stage changed scene by scene. Sometime it is normal stage, sometime it is the wall standing vertically, sometime it is small Ferris wheel. I've never seen this wonder before. I think the person who created this show is real genius.
The content is also wide range. It is from acrobatic performance to shadow play. There might be someone thinking that shadow play after the acrobatic performance is not good, but shadow play plays a good role through the whole performance. I can't believe that the human can be such a great performer.
Acutally, it isn't cheap; it costs $125, but it is worth paying. If you'll visit Vegas, see it!!
One more thing, one of my friend told me "O", which is also performed by "Cirque de soleil", is far better than "KA". So if I have a chance, I'd like to check it up!!

ご無沙汰してました。
先週、日本から彼女が来ていて、ラスベガスに行ってきました。そしてものすごいエンターテイメントを見ました。"シルクドソレイユ"演じる"KA(カー)"というショーです。
ラスベガスに行ったことがあれば、彼らの名前や"O(オー)"や"ミスティア"といった彼らのショーは耳にしたことがあると思います。5年前にベガスでマジック･ショーを見ました。それがラスベガスで初めて有料で見たショーでした(ベガスには無料ショーがたくさんあります)。今回が2回目の機会でした。
結論からいうと、非常に素晴らしいショーでした。舞台がないショー、正確にいうと、シーンごとに舞台が変形していくのです。ある時は普通の舞台であり、ある時は垂直に立つ壁になり、そしてある時は小さい観覧車になる・・・といった具合です。こんな驚異的なものは今まで見たことがありません。このショーを考えた人間は本当に天才的な人間だと思います。
舞台だけでなく、ショーの内容もアクロバット・ショーから影絵まで幅広いものでした。アクロバットを見た後に影絵を見ても・・・と思う人がいるかもしれませんが、影絵がまた良い味を出しているんです(実際に見た人にしかわからないだろうか？)。人類がこんなにも偉大な演出家だったとは信じられないくらいです。
$125とそれほど安いものではありませんが、それだけの価値はあります！！もしベガスに行く機会があれば、ぜひ、見てください。
もうひとつ。友達が同じシルクドソレイユによる"O(オー)"は"KA"よりも格段に良いと言っていたので、機会があればぜひ見てみたいと思います。
