I'd like to start new series. I seldom go out for restaurant because I cook; however, I'd like to introduce wonderful restaurant that I found in Los Angeles.
First restautant is Italian.
The shop locates the opposite side of post office it is northward from the corner of Vermont St. and Hollywood Blvd. The appearance is based on Italian national flag while inside of the restaurant is quite huge that is impossible to imagine from the outside.
This Italian serves hors d' oeuvre as Japanese Izakaya does. That is garlic bread.
This was so good! There were three kind of breads with three different garlic-butters, which were all tasty.
As we finished this hor d' oeuvre, salad and pasta was brought to our table. Salad was full on the dish, and main dish, pasta, was also full on the dish. The pasta is different from the one Japanese think as spaghetti, it has something inside of pasta. That was too much for two persons.
The pasta looked green, which seemed to be mashed with spinach. And they also mashed other vegitables with chicken, then they rapped it with spinach pasta. After that, white sauce was added. That is called Ravioli. I saw small Ravioli in Japan, however in USA, it was big size same as man's fist.
It was really great!! I can't say any other words except this.
And we brought it to home for my room-mate.
