And fireworks for countdown. Last year was the 100th anniversary for Las Vegas. So they shot 100 thousands of fireworks. Accorging to a homepage, they said they would shoot off 40 thousands this year. But it is usual that these information is not correct in USA. Actually, I thought, it was not so different from last year.

So what will happen in this year, 2006?
As for me, I will graduate from the scholl, and I have to find a job whichever in USA or Japan. Also it is the year of World Cup Soccer, which will be held in Germany that is the one of my favorite soccer team.
What is this year for you?

そしてカウントダウンの花火。昨年はラスベガス姿勢100周年ということもあってか、10万発の花火が上がったそうですが、某サイトによると今年は4万発。しかしこういった情報はあてにならないというのがアメリカの常。実際、昨年と変わらぬ量の花火が打ち上げられたのでないか？と思います。

さて、2006年今年はどんな年になることでしょう？
自分としては、学校を卒業し、日本にしろ、アメリカにしろ、就職先を見つけなければいけない年であり、4年に1度のW杯の年(しかも自分の好きな国ドイツでの開催！)であります。
皆さんにとってはどんな年になるのでしょうか？
