Last weekend was the last chance to have a trip with my friends, therefore I went to Los Angeles, where was called the largest city in the west coast of U.S.A. We left after morning classes finished, bound for Little Tokyo to do shopping @ KINOKUNIYA(Japanese bookstore) & Japanese supermarket. We found fishy statue of Ninomiya Kinjiro(this was fatter than Japanese one...) and doubtful social school on the way to Hollywood. This was the third visit to Hollywood but I could feel something fresh every time I visit here, which made me feel how I loved movies, and made me notice the fact that Hollywood is the city of the movie.
On that night, we went to Griffith Park where we couldn't enter before. There was a fence like that had been in the same way, however we ignored it and kept on going to the peak. After a short time, another fence appeared in front of us and this one couldn't be passed. However we could see a wonderful night view!! We enjoyed two wonderful views totally, one of them was the one we saw in San Francisco two weeks ago.

先週末はUCRの仲間と旅できる最後の機会ということで、西海岸最大の都市と言われる、ロサンゼルスに行ってきました。金曜日午前の授業が終了してから出発して、まずはリトル・トーキョーにある紀伊国屋とジャパニーズ・スーパーで買い物をして、途中怪しい二宮金次郎の銅像(日本のそれより太っている・・・)と怪しい社交塾を横目に、ハリウッドへ。ハリウッドはこっちにきてから3回目だったが、行く度に新鮮な気持ちで飽きることがない。改めて自分が映画が好きなことを痛感させられる場所で、さすがハリウッド、映画の都だと思わされる。
夜は前回は入れなかったグリフィス天文台へリトライ！！前回と同じく、柵が立っていたがそれを無視して強引に上へ。頂上付近で新たなる柵があり、それは超えることができなかったが、それでも素晴らしい夜景を見ることができ、先々週末に見たサンフランシスコの夜景に続き、アメリカ西海岸を代表する二大都市の夜景を満喫しました。
