名古屋名物 4 |
Among many Nagoya's specialies, especially in foods, the most recommendable item is "Wing fry" (that is called as "Tebasaki"). Wherever we go to drink in Nagoya, we can find it in every restaurant but we can't in Tokyo or Osaka.
Why? This is so delicious!!
It can't be helped, so I'd like to introduce famous two restaurants for "Tebasaki" in Nagoya. Both of them have many stores between Nagoya station and downtown Sakae. They are "Yama-chan" and "Furaibo". "Yama-chan" is famous as spicy tastes while "Furaibo" is famous as mild taste. Personally, I recommend "Furaibo" because they have many items in menu.

数多い名古屋名物(食事)の中でも、今自分が一番お勧めなのは、"手羽先"(酒を飲む機会が多かったからな・・・)。名古屋の居酒屋に行けば、どこのお店にも必ずおいてあるのだが、東京や関西ではおいてない。
なぜだ〜！？ こんなにも美味いのに！
といっても、仕方がないので、お店紹介。手羽先で有名なのは2店。どちらも名古屋駅から、名古屋一の繁華街である栄地区にかけて、チェーン展開しているお店で、「世界の山ちゃん」と「風来坊」。辛口の「山ちゃん」か甘口の「風来坊」などというのが一般的な評価だが、個人的には、サイド・メニューが豊富な「風来坊」のほうがお勧めだ。
