第4の波 |
This time, I'd like to write about the sequence of the last time.
I mean, I'll write about "the 4th wave".
What will come as the 4th wave? I think that is "Human Revolution". It's not changing for a short term in long history but it'll change in a long term. I mean, not mind but appearance of human will change huge. Just like, apes change, no, apes evolved into humans.
However, I think next wave is not evlotuion but degeneration. Because of 2nd wave "Industrial Revolution" and 3rd wave "IT revolution" make it more convenient for us, and machines will become to do what humans did once.
For example, car makes human (SEGWAY do much more!!) less walk, and washing machine, cleaner, and microwave oven makes same. IT revolution also makes human less work, bacause they spend much more time in sitting in front of the computer. Teleworking is a typical example of this. If this tendency will keep going, human body change into just like an alien that everybody imagines.
As it is often said, alien body looks like degenerated human body.
I'm not saying that will happen in near future, but it may happen in far future.

今回は前回の続きです。
"第4の波"について書いてみたいと思います。
第4の波として、どんなことが起こるのでしょうか？ 自分が思うに、それは「人間革命」です。今までの3つの波のように長い歴史上の短期間で変化するのではなく、徐々に変化していくのです。内面ではなく、外見が大きく変わるのです。猿が変化、いや猿が人間に進化したように・・・。
しかし、次の波は進化ではなく、むしろ退化といったほうがいいかもしれません。というのも第2の波「産業革命」と第3の波「IT革命」によって、より快適な暮らしになり、かつては人間がしていたことを機械がしてくれるようになったから。
たとえば、車のおかげで人間は歩くのが少なくなったし(セグウェイはもっと！！)、洗濯機や掃除機、電子レンジも同じようなもの。そしてIT革命のおかげで、コンピュータの前に座る時間が増え、より動かなくなる人間。在宅勤務なんて、その典型的な例といっていいだろう。この傾向が続けば、人間の体はみんなが思い描く宇宙人のイメージに近づくのだ。
よく言われる話だが、宇宙人の体は退化した人間の体に似ているのだ。
近い将来に起こると言っているのではなく、遠い将来に起こるかもしれないという話。
