有名人に会える街 16 =今井 雅之=
Yesteday, I met a celebrity in a while. This time, it's not Hollywood star but Japanese actor, Masayuki Imai. I went to the dinner show to promote the movie "THE WINDS OF GOD =KAMIKAZE=" made by himself.
He was originally a member of Japanese Self Defense Force once before, so he adhered to the reality and he came to USA to shoot the real Zero-Fighter that is the only one fighter all over the world. He also said that he felt sadness why the Zero which was the Japanese pride, was in USA not in Japan.
His talk was really fun, he knew how to make people laugh. His tempo of talk was so great!
For example, he started his talk from that Japan is the only country people worship the female god. Next went to that even in Christian religion or Muslim religion they have only one god while Japan has 8 million gods called "Yao-Yorozu-no-Kami".
He played a role who has a line "Fucking Emperor!" and one of imperial family member came to see his show. In advance, he was told to delete the line from the show but he denied it and said not to come if he wanted to delete. In the end, imperial member came to him after the show and he said "Thank You" and he invieted to go out to drink together. It was really rare situation that public people drunk with imperial member.
On the other hand, he told us that usually he earned 1 million yen per hour in such talk-show. It was so real!
The movie will be screened at Egyptian Theater from April 8th to 21st every night. I will go to see it because main story is really interesting.
Synopsis:
President American slip back in time to World War II. Besides, it is not USA but Japan and he is not US soldier but a member of Kamikaze air force.
