This month, I went to travel twice in sudden.
Firstly, I went to business trip to San Francisco on 2nd weekend of the month. I could took pictures of Palace of Fine Arts where I couldn'y have taken last time.
However, it was under construction and I couldn't come in and photos only from outside of the lake. Also it rained for the first time during my stay in San Francisco. It was a bit embarrassing.

There was a Sakura Festival at Japan Town and Osaka city, sister city of San Francisco, and Fukuoka City, sister city of next city Oakland, had their booth. Also there was Nagoya city booth, I don't know why. Nagoya is sister city of Los Angeles but there is Aichi Prefecture branch in LA and that's why Nagoya city made it in San Francisco. They gave me souvenier of Seto-mono (one of the most famous ceramic in Japan).

Then I went to Hard Rock Cafe to buy pin-badge and had a dinner at one of my favorite restaurant.

I had no idea that I would go to travel again 2 weeks later...

今月に入って2度、急遽、泊りがけの旅に出ました。
まずは2週目の週末、仕事でサンフランシスコへ。前回カメラを持っていかずに自分で撮る事のできなかったPalace of Fine Artsを今回は自分のカメラで撮影することができた。
とはいえ、工事中のため、中に入ることはできず、池の周りからの撮影のみ。さらにサンフランシスコで初の雨にも見舞われ、踏んだり蹴ったりでした。

訪れた時にちょうどジャパン・タウンで桜祭りを行っていて、姉妹都市の大阪、隣町オークランドの姉妹都市・福岡がブースを出していたところに、なぜか故郷であり、ロサンゼルスの姉妹都市のはずの名古屋市もブースを出していた。話をしてみるとロサンゼルスには愛知県庁の支部があるため、名古屋市役所はサンフランシスコにあるとのこと。最後に瀬戸物のお土産をもらい、桜祭りを後にした。
そして旅の恒例となったHard Rock Cafeでピンバッジを購入し、毎回訪れるレストランで夕食。

この時はまさか2週間後に、また旅に出るとは思ってもいなかった・・・。
