For example, I learned how to use FinalCutPro that is editing software for Macintosh. I usually use PremierePro for Windows, so I could learn the standard software smoothly without any trouble.
And I could also learn how to distribute and advertise the movie that is what I really wanted to learn the most. The company produced new movie by its own at this time, and now is the time to advertise it, therefore I can learn a lot of things to do.
For instance, sending DVD for review company to get reviews, sending to magazines to make it taken up, and exhibitting in film festivals. These are the things that I knew vaguely but I didn't know how to do it actually. I think I'm absorbing many things I didn't know for this short term.
A term of cotract lasts for three months, but I'd like to keep working as long as I can, and I want to learn much more.

会社自体はまだできて数年の会社なので・・・、ということもあっての言葉だったのだろうが、自分としては、今のところ、この言葉通りにうまくいっている。自分の持っている技術を会社に与え、そして会社からは知らないことを教えてもらっている。
たとえば、FinalCutProというMacintoshの映像編集ソフトの操作。自分はWindowsのPremiereProを使っているので、それほど差はないので、そこまで困ることもなく、業界標準のソフトを使わせてもらっている。
そして自分が一番、インターンで学びたかったこと。それは配給・宣伝の仕方。ちょうど、インターン先の会社でプロデュースした映画の宣伝時期ということもあり、今までまったくもって、知らなかった宣伝方法を学ばせてもらっています。
たとえば、DVDをレビュー会社に送って、レビューを書いてもらったり、雑誌などに送って、取り上げてもらったり、各種映画祭に出品するなど、なんとなくは知っていたけど、実際にどうしたらいいのか？知らなかったことを短期間で吸収できている。
契約では3ヶ月間ということになっているが、できることなら、3ヶ月といわず、できるだけ長期間働かせてもらいたいと思いながら、本当に有用なことをたくさん学ばさせてもらっています。
