Today, I went to DMV to replave a drivers license that was stolen in the robbery the other day. Actually, I went on last Friday, but I couldn't get it.
I had been told that I had needed only passport and application form, so I just brought my passport with me but the clerk at the window said that I had to bring I-20 also. I bursted out because I was irritated according to the case. At last, I went home without getting a new license. On the way to home, my bicycle got flat tire, and the notices arrived that rent of house and fee of phone will go up. I thought misfortune would last forever.
I retried today with passport and I-20, and I could get it only with passport. The clerk didn't ask submitting I-20!?
It took only 20 minutes without any trouble even though I took the rest of my work...
What on earth is this remissness?
What on earth is this irresponsibleness?
Is it OK even if there is huge difference depending on the clerk?
