Not only in this case, but I met such cases sometimes. They are really irresponsible kind of human. In this point, Japan is the best country all over the world. Whoever I may ask, everybody gives the same answer and if they don't know the answer, then they ask their boss to give the same answer.
Why on earth such remiss country can lead the world?
Why in the world such irresponsible country can keep thier economy?
