I'm spending crazy busy days nowdays since I came back from Japan on April 2nd. I stay at the office a couple of nights per week, and go to the office once every weekend. This is because of the project that we distribute two Japanese feature films in US theaters; which will open May 18th in New York, and June 1st in Los Angeles. I think I can be free in June.

By the way, it came to emergency that H1 visa was shut-off only in two days because there were 150 thousands applications against 65 thousands cap.
Usually it is closed at the beginning of May.
However, I applied on the first day, and I could be in the one of 150 thousands.Besides, I got a message from a solicitor that I was chosen for 65 thousands.

I'm really scared of my situation very lucky such as my flight was grade-up on both ways from/to Japan, and passed drawing over the probability, two and half times.

I hope that the theatrical release will also go well!!

4月2日に日本からアメリカに戻ってからは、メチャメチャ忙しい日々を過ごしてます。 毎週2、3日は会社に寝泊りして、週末も土日のどっちかは出勤してます。それも今携わっている仕事、2つの日本映画のアメリカでの劇場公開(5月18日からのNY公開と6月1日からのLA公開に向けて)のため、ってことで、6月に入ったらひと段落すると思われます。

それと申し込みをしたH1ビザが6万5千の枠に対して、申し込みから2日間で15万の申し込みがあり、それ以降の申し込みは受け付けられないという非常事態になりました。
(例年は4月1日の申し込み開始で5月上旬に締め切り)
が、自分は申し込み初日に出していたので、とりあえず15万の中から6万5千を選ぶ抽選に回ることができ、今週弁護士から当選したという連絡がありました。

日本帰国時と、アメリカ帰国時に座席が両方ともグレードアップされたり、2.5倍の確立を乗り越えて、ビザの抽選をパスしたり、最近、自分の強運さが怖いくらいです！！

この調子で公開も順調に進んでくれればと思います！
