Battle in Seattle

Last weekend, I went Seattle International Film Festival(SIFF) as one of my job. I met an oscar actress in three years. While I say "met" her this time, it was not "met" but just "saw" her last time.
The actress came to Seattle because her film "Battle in Seattle" was screened as an opening film at the festival.

Her name is Charlize Theron. When I saw her last time, I was attracted her simply and purely. However, this time I shook hands and had some conversation with her, and I completely fell in love with her.
If someone ask me "Who is your favorite actress?", I'll answer instantaneously "It's Charlize Theron!".

Besides, I was in a bad condition because of a cold and she also had a cold. I felt some kind of destiny, which might be my misunderstanding.

I promised to myself that I will marry her if I had a chance to meet her again, which is super delusion.
Joking apart, the relation between she and I was "great actress" and "one of her fan" for the first time, and "great actress" and "one person from film industry" for the second time. But I seriously swear that the relationship of us will be "great actress" and "great director" for the next time.
I believe a proverb "What happens twice will happen three times".

先週末、仕事の一環でシアトル国際映画祭(SIFF)に行ってきました。そこで3年ぶりにオスカー女優に再会しました。再会といっても前回はこちらが一方的に見ていただけの出会い、いや出会いとすら呼べない、ただの追っかけでしたが・・・。
その女優は「Battle in Seattle」という出演作品が映画祭のオープニング作品ということで、シアトルに来ていた。

その女優とはシャリーズ・セロン。前回彼女を見た時に、あまりの美しさに、ただ純粋にときめきましたが、今回は握手をして、5分程の短い間でしたが会話もでき、前回以上に綺麗な容姿、そして振る舞いに完璧にやられました。
今、一番好きなハリウッド女優は？という質問を受けたら間違いなく、"シャリーズ・セロン!"と即答します。

しかも自分が風邪を引いて、かなり最悪の状態だったのだが、偶然彼女も風邪で喉をやられていて、妙な運命(勘違い？)を感じたりしてみたり・・・。

もしまた次に会う機会があれば、その時は握手を通り越して、結婚する(超妄想？)ぞ！と密かに自分に誓いました。
冗談はさておき、2人の出会いは、最初が大女優とただの追っかけ、2回目の今回は大女優と映画関係者でした。もし次に会うことがあれば、その時は大女優と大監督になっていたいと、これは真剣に心に誓いました。
「2度あることは3度ある」って諺もあることだし・・・。
