Last day, I woke up at 6:30am to get on 9:30am flight. This day I didn't have time to do sightseeing but I'd like to summarize what I felt through the trip.

First of all, beggers are so aggressive.
Everytime stop at each station, they move to next coach and someone else comes into from another coach, so there is someone always. The genre of beggers has a variety such as snacks, baloon, CD (certainly, it's illegal), mariachi (player of instruments) and so on. Sometimes even children are begging.

Next, Mexican high school girls wear school uniform but I never see boys in uniform. I wondered if it was school uniform or just a cosplay longing for Japanese high school girls?

Then police cars run turning on red & blu lights always even though no crime happens. They didn't made no sound and I thought it's a kind of threats to prevent crime.

Whatever, I didn't feel disorder as I expected and foods were also better than my expectations. Also there seem to be a lot of remains around Mexico City from the information I got at the hostel, which made me feel like I should come back someday.

Next trip is a trip of 3 cities in US east coast, Boston, Baltimore and Philadelphia at the end of the year.

最終日、9時半のフライトに乗るため、6時半起きで空港へと向かった。
今回の旅を通して感じたことをいくつか書いて旅のまとめとしたい。

まず最初に、地下鉄やバスの物売りはすさまじい。
駅に停車するたびに次の車両へと移っていくのだ、逆の隣からまた別の物売りが乗ってきて、常に誰かがいる。物売りのジャンルもお菓子、風船、CD(もちろん違法)、マリアッティというギターの弾き語りなどなど。中には子供が売っている時もある。

次にメキシコの女子高生は制服を着ているが、男子で制服を着ている生徒は見かけなかった。これは学校の制服なのか？はたまた日本の女子高生に憧れてきている一部のマニアだったのだろうか？

そして、パトカーは犯罪が起きてなくても、常時赤と青のランプを回しながら走っている。音はなってはいなかったが、犯罪発生を防ぐための"近くに警察がいるぞ！"という脅しだろうか？

まぁ、何はともあれ行く前に思っていたほどの治安の悪さを感じることもなかったし、食事も思っていた以上に美味しかったし、宿で仕入れた情報によると今回訪れたところ以外にもメキシコ・シティ周辺には古代遺跡が一杯あるらしいし、また機会があれば訪れたい都市でした。

次は年末ボストン、バルティモア、フィラデルフィアのアメリカ東海岸3都市巡りです。
