I didn't write the accounts of my travel even though it's already more than a month had passed. This is due to the really tough travel during past 2 months, which is more than the distance around the world.
The itinerary during past 2 months are as below;
Travel 1: Los Angeles <-> Rapid City (Via Denver)
2,320 mile = 3,712km (9/1 - 9/3)
Travel 2: Los Angeles <-> San Francisco
800 mile = 1,280km (9/21-9/23)
Travel 3: Los Angeles <-> Qubec City (Via Toronto)
5,370 mile = 8,592km (9/29 - 10/7)
Travel 4: Los Angeles <-> New York
4,950 mile = 7,920km (10/20 - 10/23)
Travel 5: Los Angeles <-> Sydney
14,974 mile = 23,958km (10/30 - 11/5)
Total 28,414 mile (45,462km)
I had a experience that I went to Canada to see Northern Lights and enjoy skiing 2 days after I returned from Europe travel of 9 days & 7 nights. I was still young at that time and because of shor stay (only 1 day) in Japan between these two trips, I didn't need to care of jet-lag.
However it was really tough this time. Especially travel 4 & 5 made me exhausting since those had 1 week time-lag. There is 3 hours time difference between New York and Los Angeles and this 3 hours is really difficult to adjust and when I got over this difference, I needed to go to Sydney. I stayed 6 days and 4 nights there and the same thing happened, I needed to go back to LA when I overcomed the jet-lag. I expected that one jet-lag would cancel out another jet-lag but it wouldn't...
There were only travel 1 & 3 was scheduled in August, both travels as vacation. However 2, 4 and 5 were added as business trip and Sydney was decided just a day before the flight and I booked the flight and accommodation 30 hours before the departure.
After traveling a lot, I could prepare my buggage less than 30 minutes. But I didn't have time to check local information before the departure, so I connected Internet once I arrived at the Sydney airport and checked information including transportation to the hotel and did email for 3 hours...
It was useful experience but I thought I would pass the travel for a while while thinking the year-end trip...
